Previously, hemp was defined as cannabis, with less than 0.3% THC. Its provisions were incorporated in the 2018 United States farm bill that became law on December 20, 2018.

Our CBD Products contain less than 0.3% THC and are extracted from Colorado grown Industrial Hemp registered with US Department of Agriculture; Which allows us, by US Federal law, to ship to your doorstep conveniently.

The legality of CBD from hemp is also based on a 2004 unanimous ruling by the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals, which determined that the DEA “cannot regulate naturally-occurring THC not contained within or derived from marijuana, i.e., non-psychoactive hemp is not included in Schedule I.

The DEA has no authority to regulate drugs that are not scheduled.”
