How can I return my order?

Return Process:

1) Package and ship your items to Try The CBD, 303 South Broadway Ave Suite 200-198 Denver, Colorado 80209.

2) Email [e-mail] your order and tracking number to notify us that you have returned your unopened product within the 30-day time limit.

3) Upon receipt of your package, a Try The CBD team member will inspect the return and approve or deny the refund request.

4) A refund for the unopened product will be issued if accepted, and you will receive an email confirmation stating the refund details.

Shipping charges are not refundable, and a return merchandise authorization number (RMA) is not needed, the customer is responsible for any return shipping costs.
